The Trusted Local Network is meant to be a genuine community resource. The relationships built over more than 25 years in this market belong to the region as much as to any single transaction, and I am glad to share them when they can help.
Some of the most useful referrals I make have nothing to do with closing a sale. A longtime contact needs a roofer. A former client's parent needs help downsizing. Someone across the river simply needs to know who to call about a home project.
