Local Resources & Connections
Trusted Local Network
Real estate involves more than buying or selling a home. When someone needs the right professional, service, or local resource, experience helps them know where to turn. After more than 25 years across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, Chris has built a local network clients can rely on.
The team behind the transaction
Real Estate Often Takes a Team
Even relatively straightforward transactions can involve multiple professionals and services: lenders, inspectors, attorneys, title companies, contractors, and movers, along with the many helpers a move itself requires.
After more than 25 years across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, Chris has developed extensive local knowledge and professional relationships that she can draw on for clients.
Clients should always feel comfortable asking, “Chris, do you know someone who can help with this?”
The trusted network
Local Professionals, Organized by What You Need
Over the years, Chris has worked alongside professionals across every part of a move. This is the kind of help she is most often asked to point clients toward.
Buying With Confidence
Mortgage and financing resources, home inspectors, insurance professionals, title and closing resources, specialized property inspections, and contractors or tradespeople when questions arise.
Preparing a Home for Sale
Painters, cleaners, landscapers, repair professionals, contractors, staging or property preparation resources, and junk removal or clean-out assistance.
Moving & Settling In
Movers, storage, locksmiths, utility-related resources, home service professionals, and contractors for improvements after closing.
Homeownership & Property Care
Plumbers, electricians, HVAC professionals, roofers, remodeling contractors, landscapers, and other home-related professionals. The relationship does not need to end at closing.
Life Transitions
Downsizing, senior transitions, probate property sales, relocation, preparing a longtime family home for sale, estate clean-outs, coordinating repairs from out of town, or selling while simultaneously purchasing another home.
Explore Life Transition HelpBeyond the Transaction
Some situations require a broader network and considerably more coordination. Chris can help identify the type of resource needed and, when appropriate, connect clients with local professionals who may be able to assist.
Understanding the real need
More Than a List of Names
Providing a useful connection starts with understanding the actual problem. A homeowner may believe they need a major contractor when a specialized trade professional would be more appropriate. A seller may think extensive renovations are necessary when targeted improvements may be the better decision. A buyer may encounter an inspection issue and need help understanding which professional should evaluate it further.
Chris’s role is not simply to hand someone a phone number. It is to help clients think through what they are trying to accomplish, what type of professional is appropriate, whether the work is actually necessary, whether it needs to happen now, and how the decision might affect the larger real estate strategy.

From Chris
Chris’s Perspective
After more than 25 years in real estate, I have learned that clients often need help with things that do not fit neatly into the words "buying" or "selling".
Sometimes the most useful thing I can do is simply know who to call: helping a seller find someone to prepare a home for market, connecting a buyer with the right professional after an inspection raises a question, helping a family coordinate the details of a move, or pointing a longtime client toward someone who can help with a home project years after closing.
I do not believe my usefulness should end when the transaction does. If you need help figuring out what kind of resource you need, start by asking. If I know someone who may be able to help, I am happy to point you in the right direction.
A resource at every stage
