Trusted Local Network
How do you choose the professionals in your Trusted Local Network?
The short answer
I look for professionals with a strong reputation for quality, reliability, communication, and customer service. Whenever possible, recommendations are based on personal experience, client feedback, or trusted relationships developed over many years in the local real estate community.
The full answer
A recommendation is only useful if the professional behind it is genuinely good to work with. That means more than skill at the trade. It means showing up when promised, communicating clearly, doing the job well, and treating clients with respect through completion.
I build the network the way I build any relationship in this business: through experience. Over more than 25 years, I have seen the work of many professionals firsthand, heard from clients about theirs, and developed relationships with people I have come to trust across the local real estate community.
Whenever possible, I recommend from that experience rather than from a directory. If I do not have firsthand knowledge of someone, I want to understand how they work before I point a client their way, because your home and your move deserve that kind of care.
