Selling

Can you help me just with the paperwork?

Answered by Chris Harris Selling

The short answer

Yes. If you prefer to handle most of the process yourself, we can step in for the parts that carry the most risk, including contracts, disclosures, and transaction coordination.

The full answer

Not every seller wants the same level of help. Some people are comfortable managing showings, marketing, and most of the process on their own, but want support with the parts that carry the most risk. Paperwork is often one of those parts.

We can step in just for the paperwork and transaction side of your sale, so the details are handled correctly while you keep control of the rest.

What we can help you handle: This includes understanding and preparing the necessary disclosures, reviewing purchase agreements and contingencies, and coordinating the transaction through to closing. We help make sure nothing important is overlooked and that the documents reflect your interests.

We also help you think through offers and counteroffers, so the terms you agree to are clear and work for your situation.

A level of support that fits you: The idea is to give you a level of support that fits how you want to sell. You decide what you handle and where we come in. Whether that means help with the paperwork alone or broader guidance along the way, we build our involvement around your needs.

There is no pressure to take on more than you want. Our job is to make the parts you ask us to handle go smoothly.
