Selling
What if my home isn't getting enough showings?
The short answer
Low showings usually point to pricing, presentation, or marketing. We help you identify what is limiting buyer interest and adjust the approach so your home reaches more qualified buyers.
The full answer
When a home is not getting enough showings, it is rarely a comment on the home itself. More often, it means the pricing, the presentation, or the marketing is not connecting with the right buyers.
Buyers make quick decisions about which homes to see. If the price looks out of line, the photos do not show the home well, or the marketing is not reaching the right audience, qualified buyers may never make it through your door.
We start by looking at the market around your home. How does your price compare with similar homes that are selling? What are buyers responding to in your neighborhood right now?
Then we look at presentation and exposure. How does your home come across in photos and in person, and how widely is it being seen? Each of these factors can be adjusted, and the right adjustment depends on what the market is telling us.
Sometimes the answer is a pricing adjustment. Sometimes it is improving the photos, refreshing the presentation, or changing how and where the home is marketed. Often it is a combination.
We help you see which levers matter most for your situation and put a plan in place. The goal is simple: get more of the right buyers in front of your home so you have the strongest chance of a successful sale.
